19 September 2015 – To prepare students for the upcoming Malaysian University English Test (MUET), the English Unit of Kedah Matriculation College (KMK) organised a workshop for selected students. The workshop was held to help students understand better the techniques of analysing a graph. The speaker was Mr. Zaidi Zakaria, an English lecturer ok KMK with extensive experience in MUET. The programme started at 8:30 in the morning at Dewan Kuliah Besar 2 (DKB 2) where students were given tips and briefing on how to extract information from various graphs. Students were also given samples of graph analysis and synthesis. Next, 2 questions were discussed to help students understand the technique better. The workshop ended at 10:00 in the morning after the students were given exercise sheets to be tried out.
